We proudly ship worldwide, FREE shipping. Standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that any order after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will not ship until following business day. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time.

We Use DHL Express as our Free International shipping provider, however, this service is known to deliver slower for some countries at times. Please note it may get delayed or stuck in another country.

Once you authorize the express to put package at front door,back yard or other place where package is easy to lost.We are not responsible for the lost or stolen items, etc.

*Remote fee for some countries
We offer free shipping but NOT remote fee. If you are in remote area, you will be responsible for remote fee.

Tracking Your Order
We will update your tracking number via email, all orders come with a verified tracking number and link. Tracking may take a few hours to update. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly, Or contact us at Laura@LuxuryYuan.com.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
All orders MUST be shipped to the delivery address on your order. We cannot change the shipping address in your transaction to any other address after purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure your information is accurate when placing an order. Any mailing address mistakes on your part are not the responsibility of LuxuryYuan.
Any orders with Fraud alerts will not be shipped until all details and information are verified. No exceptions. We have a fraud prevention system to protect every party.

Sometimes the mail courier can get delayed by a few hours so plan your hair appointments in advance. We do not control shipping. We process and ship the orders daily. Although it is rare, orders can be lost or delayed due to weather and other uncontrollable forces by the mail courier. We cannot be responsible for these delays.
